Shipping and handling charges will be added to all fine art purchases. Carrie Fell Fine Art, LLC. and the Carrie Fell Galleries will gladly provide each collector an added service of facilitating the most competitive transport rates and handling costs necessary for your fine art acquisition.
CONDITION OF ARTWORK
Please check, upon receipt, artwork purchased directly from Carrie Fell Fine Art, LLC. and/or the Carrie Fell Galleries. All damage claims must be made within 5 days of receipt. If you receive a visibly damaged shipment, you may refuse the shipment and contact Carrie Fell Fine Art, LLC. at (303) 690.7524. If you accept a visibly damaged package, write on the shipping document “CONTAINER RECEIVED DAMAGED” and immediately contact Carrie Fell Fine Art, LLC.
If you decide, within 5 days of receipt, you would like to return an order purchased directly from Carrie Fell Fine Art, LLC. and/or the Carrie Fell Galleries, please call Carrie Fell Fine Art, LLC. at (303) 690-7524 or email info@CarrieFellArt.com for authorization and return shipping/insurance instructions. Gallery credit will be issued as refund on all art purchases only if artwork is returned with prior authorization and in marketable condition to Carrie Fell Fine Art, LLC.
Delivery dates on special orders, pre-release orders and shipping are approximate subject to all of the normal variations customary in the industry and subject to any unforeseen delays. Carrie Fell Fine Art, LLC. and/or Carrie Fell Galleries shall not be liable for any delay which is directly or indirectly the result of any cause beyond the reasonable control, including without limitation, fire, flood, accident, civil unrest, act of God, war, governmental interference, labor difficulties, disruption in materials or supplies, actions or omission or suppliers or vendors to include transportation delays. A Carrie Fell representative will be responsible to communicate as to the status of your art acquisition either as a special order and also delivery.
